It stands, however, following the work of Protestant missionaries active in Ethiopia since the XVIIth century and especially in the XIXth. Its holistic theology and ministry, inspired by the thought of Gudina Tumsa, which support the whole person, lead this Church to face various challenges rich in hopes, as education, health, political engagement. |
