The institutional and personal background of those concerned highlights the specific structure of this mentoring programme. Reflections on theology and (church) politics make clear to what extent belonging to a church defines our respective perspectives on our work. These reflections include the questions of what obstacles are to be overcome in academic careers for women in the area of theology and how these topics also characterise the relationship between mentor and mentee. Detailed planning of content and method are underway for the next project. Las autoras describen la introducción del primer programa de tutoría en la sección alemana de la ESWTR/AFERT y analizan la historia, los mecanismos y la filosofía de este instrumento de desarrollo personal. Los antecedentes institucionales y personales de las participantes permiten visualizar la estructura específica de este programa de tutoría. Las reflexiones políticas realizadas desde la teología y la iglesia plantean la idea de que la pertenencia a una iglesia determina en gran medida las perspectivas de trabajo de cada cual. Estas reflexiones versan en parte sobre los obstáculos existentes en las carreras científicas en el ámbito de la teología feminista y cómo estos temas también marcan la relación entre tutora y pupila. El próximo ciclo del proyecto abordará las diferencias de contenido y método. |
