Les sources témoignent de l’utilisation de ce fouet par le gardien dans les bâtiments institutionnels, le marin nfw sur les bateaux et le laboureur dans les scènes d’agriculture. A special type of whip, in the shape of a bat, with two leather straps, has been identified in scenes and statuary and could be confronted with a specimen of wooden whip-handle. Sources show that this whip was used by the guard in institutional buildings, the sailor nfw on boats and the ploughman in farming scenes. |
