Dr. Hildegard Warnink, who teaches in the Faculty of Canon Law at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, discusses the document. She outlines the problems it sets out to clarify, describes the specifics of the document, and evaluates its purpose and usefulness. She also highlights some judiciary problems that still remain. |
