Le premier s’inscrit dans les marges d’Exode 19-20 et 24. Le second poème, avec ses deux parties séparées par un court texte en prose, amplifie considérablement la lecture d'Exode 20,2-3. Puis le poème est interrompu par un intermède de quatre lignes de prose. La deuxième partie constitue une relecture méditative des commandements essentiels donnés à Exode 20,3-6. Les deux exemples de poésie liturgique présentés ici montrent que l’araméen palestinien du Targoum Yeroushalmi était encore, selon toute vraisemblance, une langue employée couramment à l’époque de la rédaction de ces pièces. French translation of two piyyutim written in Aramaic. Michael L. Klein published the text and an English translation in Genizah Manuscripts of Palestinian Targum to the Pentateuch, Cincinnati, 1986, but it was not so far available to the Frenchspeaking public. The first one is an amplification of Exodus 19-20 and 24. The second, with two separate parts interrupted by four prosaic lines is a meditative comment of the commandments given in Exodus 20,3-6. These examples of liturgical poetry written in the Palestinian Aramaic of the Targum Yerushalmi show that this language was most probably commonly spoken when these pieces were written down. |
